安藤忠雄設計的 Langen Foundation 美術館 於2004年9月12日在 Hombroich,
Neuss 開幕。

德國收藏家 Victor & Marianne Langen 於日前為這棟占地4,000平方英尺的美
術館剪綵，由名建築師安藤忠雄設計的 Langen Foundation 美術館基地位置非
常接近前北約組織的某飛彈基地，美術館以「寧靜」作為開幕主題，展出了佛教
雕刻文物和畫家Mont Sainte-Victoire 的作品以及其他美術品。

Langen Foundation 美術館從1950年代開始主要以12至19世紀的日本藝術品及現
代西方畫作包括 Max Beckmann, Roy Lichtenstein, Yves Klein, Rene Magritte,
Egon Schiele, Mark Rothko, Oskar Schlemmer, Antoni Tàpies 等人的作品。
