日本成熟魚體之隨釣隨放 - 釣魚

今天上午到和歌山的「片男波海水浴場」，歩行經過停船的漁港旁，清澈水深目測平鈞約一公尺的港內釣埸，一個日本男釣毛蟲路亞，我們旁觀的十分鐘內就輕鬆釣上2隻約45公分體型很美的黑鯛，他解鈎後都直接放生。
請問釣到這種成熟的漁體卻能隨釣隨放，在日本是很普遍的現象嗎？
對比的是前一天在白浜的小漁港看到兩個學生釣了4隻10公左右的石斑卻都現場剖肚，感覺要帶走。
另外我恨手上沒釣竿，這裡感覺魚很好釣，好多大魚不時跳出海面啊。
