（中央社記者陳靜萍台中3日電）住在台中市神岡鄉的一名蔡姓婦人，買活蝦犒賞家人，
沒想到遭活蹦亂跳的蝦刺傷，竟感染海洋弧菌而不幸身亡，家人悲痛難過。
警方指出，蔡姓婦人8月28日買活蝦回家，準備下鍋前，彎腰撿掉在地上的一尾蝦時，不
慎遭活蝦刺了一下右小腿，當時傷口很小，婦人不以為意，僅以優碘消毒傷口，繼續料理
食物。
沒想到隔天凌晨，婦人遭蝦刺傷的傷口突然出現紅腫硬塊且疼痛難耐，家人因此將婦人送
醫治療，醫師判斷婦女是遭到細菌感染，立即進行清創處理。
醫院表示，由於婦人感染面積持續擴大，經家人同意後，婦人右腿鼠蹊部以下進行截肢手
術，但病情仍未見好轉，蔡姓婦人因海洋弧菌感染引造成壞死性筋膜炎，並引起敗血性休
克，至10月1日宣告不治。
警方說，婦人的家人原向衛生所報請行政相驗遭拒，只好向警方報案請求刑事相驗，檢警
相驗後判斷無他殺之嫌，已將遺體發還給家屬。
