釣完蝦子...
就會到考驗烤蝦技術的時間
我烤的方式是...
用插子穿過蝦蝦..
側躺(三分鐘),再側躺另一邊(三分鐘),烤蝦背(約一分鐘),烤蝦肚(約一分鐘)
怕側躺,蝦背、蝦肚烤不夠熟..才特別追加各一分鐘..
不夠,烤出來...
感覺都乾乾的 沒啥水分...
撥殼時,有時候殼也會黏在肉上面..
想請問各位先進
烤蝦的時間及方式要如何掌握呢?
