Lingnau and Schoenberg @DAC Taipei.
Karin Lingnau and Susanna Schoenberg present several examples of earlier productions
of re-active platform.All of these different examples are engaged with discussing the nature of aesthetics
and aesthetic systems: Aesthetics allow us to transcend everyday experience and discover underlying structures
and everydays life’s poetry. Aesthetics however can turn hermetic: because too beautiful we just don’t want to
return to real life. All examples will be presented by documentary as well as practical examples such as motion
capture systems, hands on sensors, etc.
