分享蝦子的保存跟問一下烹法 - 釣場

之前有多釣一些,所以就開始拿回家保存。兔大有分享保存蝦子可以混著冰水~
冰成冰塊,要吃時再一直沖解凍,肉質比較不會走味,跟把蝦子只接凍真的有差
喔~ 如果還是太硬,用風扇吹也會比泡水快~。
想發問的是..因為釣場大概都是只附烤箱,有的則是有附獨立的鐵盤可用,所以
想說把之前庫存的百來隻,先解凍後~~拿去蝦場料理。不知道之前有沒有人作過
類似的事情..會不會被店家砍呀><"。 我是想說就找一些朋友,先去釣個2H,然
後順便等蝦解凍完,剛好結束時一起享用庫存+新貨...。
然後分享一下最近蝦子拿回家保鮮的方式,之前都是塞一堆冰塊,到家時不用1H
大概就全881了。現在是外帶時,先把蝦子沖洗一下,然後放進二個塑膠袋(怕蝦
冠刺破),然後丟幾粒冰塊即可。然後再拿第三個底部舖滿冰塊~就把蝦袋隔著冰~
這樣子回家再次沖洗時,有時過了2H以上,蝦子還是活的喔~。 也推廣一下塑膠
袋重覆使用以建環保@@"~。
另外想問大家,如果只有烤箱,大家有變化哪些吃法嗎?? 如果是蝦場有附獨立
的鐵盤,有人試過紅燒嗎@@~??
