有時候 不是每次釣蝦~~~都是現烤現吃的
很多人把蝦子帶回家的話~~~正常的話都是直接用塑膠袋 把蝦子裝一裝就帶回家了~~~
我還看過~~~ 塑膠袋裡面裝滿水 帶回家~~~ 他以為這樣很新鮮~~~
喝喝~~ 雖然它是用2層袋子 不過想也知道~~~袋子一定會被刺破的~~~
他應該車上都積滿了水了~~~
其實各位釣友都知道如何 保鮮~~~~
答案就是 加大量的冰塊~~~~(一般複合式都有) 急速冷凍
連同冰塊跟蝦子一起冰到冷凍庫~~~
這樣一來 即時2天後 在料理 也是蠻新鮮的毆~~
以上是讓蝦子新鮮的方法~~~分享一下~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
我想請教 告位都是如何自己料理蝦子的~~~~~
我都是用粗鹽~~把平底鍋鋪一層~~~ 然後把蝦子排整齊~~~
加一點水~~~跟 粗黑胡椒 在加點蒜頭 加點米酒~~~跟一點點點點點點的水
蓋上蓋子~~~讓他悶燒~~~ 過程都不用翻面~~~ 等到鹽巴的水乾掉 就好了
可是我只會 這一種~~~~~~~
想跟各位請教 還有什麼簡單料理辦法 可以讓蝦子更多元化???
