虱目魚腸的處理 - 釣蝦

請問各位前輩
早上剛到市場要到虱目魚腸→釣蝦
有說法是新鮮的尚好,是直接將腸扯離、到釣場再分段剪下。
這樣還需要裹魚/鰻粉嗎?
另外有人是分離後稍微晾乾,再裹幾次魚/鰻粉增強威力,
然後就放冰箱待命 要用再拿。
這樣放冰箱很多天後腥味還ok嗎? 哪種處理效果比較好?
對了,虱目魚肝也可以用來當餌嗎? 會不會像雞肝那樣軟軟不好勾咧?
