請問臭肚要如何處理比較不會有味道? - 釣魚

昨天請了一天假到安平南堤釣魚
買了一塊南極蝦磚釣了一整天
我釣港內共釣上7.8隻臭肚,魚體大約巴掌大(其他釣友用青蟲釣港外也有釣到)
聽說臭肚還不錯吃,所以就帶回家,但是我下午收竿回到家,
一打開冰箱,一股腥臭味馬上飄出來,好噁~該不會已經臭掉了吧?顏色也變的很黃...
請問一下,臭肚釣上來後是否需要做處理才不會那麼臭,臭肚一般都怎麼料理?
我的冰箱是用結冰的寶特瓶做低溫保冷,是否要放一些水比較好?
